As tittle, Laragon is used to developing website and system on localhost, but now on latest Laragon version Smadav detecting it as virus. As Software Dev i really need Laragon.

Im using Laragon Lite v4.0.15

I am using Laragon Full 4.0.16 190914 and it is not detected by Smadav 14.3.
If you are using Smadav Pro, please use the Exception List feature which can be accessed from: Settings -> Scanner Settings -> Manage.

Try update your Smadav to rev. 14.3.3 https://www.smadav.net/?page=download
